DigitalDrawer Licensing
Flexible pricing is available for DigitalDrawer. Professional and Enterprise Editions allow you to price DigitalDrawer to your organization’s needs. DigitalDrawer can be licensed in several manners, users, workstations, or unlimited users/workstations. Most customers license DigitalDrawer by the number of concurrent users, meaning that you pay only for the number of users that will potentially use DigitalDrawer at the same time. For example, you may have 5 people who use DigitalDrawer throughout the day, but you expect a maximum of 3 users on-line at any one time. In this case, you could buy a 3-user license. Workstation pricing is available if you have high connection requirements for your users.
Concurrent user pricing saves you significant cost over other models (i.e. all users, servers, etc.) because you can purchase a smaller number of licenses.
DigitalDrawer Professional
DigitalDrawer Professional is designed for departments and small to mid-size organizations looking for a system that can electronically manage all of its files without costing an arm and a leg. Professional pricing starts at R15 000 and can be licensed for up to 4 concurrent users. Includes DigitalDrawer Capture, which lets users quickly scan large quantities of documents, and optionally, DigitalDrawer Audit Trail, which allows businesses to monitor activity within DigitalDrawer.
DigitalDrawer Enterprise
DigitalDrawer Enterprise is for the company that has a large number of employees requiring access to the system. Enterprise pricing starts at R37 500 for 5 or more concurrent users. Includes DigitalDrawer Capture, which lets users quickly scan large quantities of documents, and DigitalDrawer Audit Trail, which allows businesses to monitor activity within DigitalDrawer.
